The Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance Survey (YRBSS) is given to 9th through 12th grade high school students to assess behaviors that contribute to the leading causes of death. The survey is completed every two years and asks questions about tobacco use, alcohol consumption, dietary intake, and physical activity among other things.
