Use the “Figure 8″ to Improve Your Figure.

Try the Figure 8, a core exercise featured in Muscle and Fitness Hers magazine, to spice up your ab routine.  You can only do so many crunches, right? It is important to have a well-balanced weight training regimen working all muscle groups evenly.  Probably the most critical area to strengthen would be the core, meaning your abdominals and lower back.  Providing the body with a strong “power house” will give you an overall better quality to your workouts and help to prevent back injuries.  KEEP MOVING!-Elizabeth, CPT.
