New GoTrybe Video

The team at GoTrybe.com is continually updating the site so that it’s jam-packed with fun and exciting wellness content for Trybers everywhere. With this week’s release of a new set of fitness videos, some of the workouts found on GoTrybe.com will be a little different than the rest, and that’s great news for parents whose children use GoTrybe at home and at school, as well as for teachers who use GoTrybe in their classrooms.

The new set of videos allows children to learn from short educational lessons while getting physically active. The fitness videos that GoTrybe.com added to the site today have been integrated with age-appropriate educational content, which includes subjects such as math, history, science, language arts and health – and GoTrybe’s team has referenced the national academic standards for educational content to ensure that the lessons are acceptable for classroom use.

Plus the new videos are upbeat and fun, adding a great source for hip hop, kickboxing and Latin and Zumba-style fitness lessons to the four areas of the GoTrybe workouts: warm ups, cardio, strength and flexibility. Notice that the short description of each GoTrybe video includes a rating of moderate or vigorous activity, which is in alignment with the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans released by the Federal Government. These guidelines recommend children over the age of 5 to get 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity every day.

The new videos can be found in Trybe180 and Zoodoos, which are the middle school and elementary school Trybes. And as mentioned before, GoTrybe continually updates the site with new content, so keep checking back in. New fitness videos are typically recorded on a monthly basis and are added to the ever-growing bank of fitness videos. Plus, the nutrition, motivation and wellness content changes on a daily basis making the GoTrybe site a great source for quick health education lessons in classrooms everywhere.

To see the videos and experience the GoTrybe program for yourself, visit GoTrybe.com where you can sign up for a free one-day trial. For more information on GoTrybe.com and how you can use it in your home or classroom, please contact info@gotrybe.com.
