Sometimes it’s hard to get motivated to work out on your own. Things always come up in your schedule, and it’s easy to skip exercising. One thing that can help you stay on track is to make plans to work out with a friend. You can make it a once in a while type of thing, like planning a two-hour hike on a Saturday.
