Fitness Journals=Success.

For some people, keeping a fitness journal can be the motivation needed to succeed in their fitness goals.  By writing it all down you can track your progress, go back and see what kind of habits you are in, how things have changed and what needs to change!  Some fitness professionals even call it a “mistake” if you aren’t charting your health habits.
