Eat Like An Animal!

Now that I have your attention…I’m not suggesting you eat the same food as an animal would eat, but try the “grazing” style of your favorite mammal.  Grazing refers to eating 5-6 small meals per day instead of 3 large meals.  Ezine Articles has a great article on how eating this way can help you to make better food choices, avoid over-eating, and speed up your metabolism.  Try to keep your calorie count around 300-400 per meal.  For some healthy examples of 300-400 calorie meals visit www.diet-blog.comKEEP MOOOVING!-Elizabeth, CPT
