Back to School, Back to the Gym!

Now that the kids have gone back to school, getting back to the gym can help you stay on track with your workouts. Get involved with a variety of activities, don’t just do the same machines each time you go.  Paige Waehner, of About.com encourages us to take advantage of all the gym has to offer – swimming, fitness classes, weight loss programs, etc. The more variety you have, the easier it will be to stick to your program.
