30-minute Treadmill Workout

I understand the effects of boredom on one’s commitment to exercise, so I am constantly changing up my own regimen and coming up with different cardio workouts to break up the monotony.  This 30-minute treadmill workout focuses on both endurance and interval training.  Choose your speeds based on your fitness level, and have fun. If at any time you can’t talk or feel dizzy, stop! Always check with your doctor before starting an exercise program. KEEP MOVING!-Elizabeth, CPT.

*Repeat minutes 4-14 twice to = 30 minutes!

You will take a gradual climb for 3 rounds of endurance & interval training.
